Aligned Talent Acquisition is continually seeking experienced Real Estate Associate Attorneys for opportunities with Am Law 100, Am Law 200, regional, and boutique law firms throughout Ohio, including Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Toledo.

If you have experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants, I'd love to connect.

Ideal Background

2–8 years of commercial real estate experience

• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing, and joint venture transactions

• Experience reviewing title, survey, zoning, environmental, and due diligence materials

• Experience representing developers, institutional lenders, investors, landlords, tenants, or REITs

• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client counseling skills

• Ability to independently manage sophisticated transactions

• Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
