We’re growing! And looking for a passionate, driven, and energetic candidate to join our Leasing team as a Leasing Associate, based out of our head office in Guelph, ON.
Compensation: Starting at $50,000.00 annually plus bonus.
Job Description:
Ready to kick‑start (or grow!) your leasing career? As a Leasing Associate at Skyline, you’ll be at the heart of the action, connecting with prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing journey, and helping them find the perfect place to call home.
This role is all about building relationships, driving results, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. With the support of innovative AI leasing tools and a collaborative team, you’ll turn inquiries into signed leases while delivering an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the friendly voice (or message!) that welcomes and engages prospective residents.
  • Turn interest into action by qualifying leads and matching prospects with the right home.
  • Coordinate and schedule tours with onsite teams to showcase our communities.
  • Provide clear, accurate info on pricing, availability, and amenities—be the go‑to expert!
  • Keep leads warm with timely, thoughtful follow‑ups that help close the deal.
  • Support applicants through the process, ensuring everything is complete, accurate, and stress‑free.
  • Prepare lease agreements and guide prospects through signing with confidence.
  • Partner closely with onsite teams and Rental Applications to ensure a smooth handoff and great resident experience.
  • Track your success—monitor leasing metrics and celebrate hitting your targets.
  • Keep systems and records organized and up‑to‑date (because details matter!).
Qualifications:
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
