Property Maintenance Technician โ€“ Full time, Monday โ€“ Friday - The Maintenance Technician performs various duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the apartment complex and community. Handles service requests for repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant apartments to a market-ready status. Works as a team member along with the service staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set forth by TISHCO Properties LLC.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
