The Real Estate Development and Investments Practice Group in our Austin office is seeking a Legal Assistant to join the team. This role supports a dynamic commercial real estate practice in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of law firm experience
  • Prior transactional experience required; commercial real estate experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including styles and redlining, as well as Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong command of Microsoft Outlook
  • Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple detailed tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork mentality, and a high degree of professionalism and dedication
