Role Overview
As a Real Estate Expert - AI Evaluation Team at REAL, you will be responsible for working hands-on with real estate data and turning it into structured, high-quality inputs that power our platform.
This is a highly operational role with a strong analytical component. You will work closely with lease agreements, property documents, and asset-related data, primarily within the U.S. commercial real estate market, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability.
The role is ideal for someone with a background in U.S. commercial real estate or property management who enjoys working with data, going into details, and making things structured and scalable.
What You'll Do
  • Review and process real estate documents (leases, property data, plans) on a daily basis
  • Extract key data points from contracts and input them into structured systems
  • Work with U.S. commercial real estate documents and terminology
  • Clean, organize, and validate large volumes of data
  • Identify inconsistencies, missing data, and anomalies, and resolve them
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure data is accurate and aligned with product needs
  • Support onboarding of new customer data into the system
  • Maintain high data quality and accuracy standards
  • Improve internal workflows and data handling processes over time
  • Gradually build domain expertise in real estate data and customer use cases

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • 2-4 years of experience in U.S. commercial real estate / property management / PropTech (CRE - strong advantage)
  • Experience working with contracts, leases, or property-related documents
  • Native-level English - must (ability to read, write, and understand professional documents and contracts in English)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel / Google Sheets required)
  • Analytical mindset and ability to spot issues in data
  • Ability to work independently and handle operational tasks at scale
