Role Description

This is an entry-level position for a Real Estate Analyst / appraiser trainee that leads to an appraisal position. Office location is downtown Chicago area. Some administrative and secretarial tasks will be expected. Day-to-day tasks involve administrative support, real estate analysis and market research. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering the phone, running errands, assistance with preparing appraisal reports, attending site tours, data entry, managing schedules, and handling client inquiries. The role also involves compiling and analyzing real estate data to support valuation assessments and regulatory compliance.


Base pay is commensurate with experience, aptitude and quality of deliverables. It ranges from $40K to 80K with fee splits.


Qualifications

  • Trainee or Pre-Trainee License is a plus.
  • Real Estate Appraisal and Appraisal skills
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Valuation
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills
  • Proficiency in managing schedules and client communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
