This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical, detail-oriented professional who enjoys turning financial and market data into meaningful insights that support strategic business decisions. You'll be an integral member of our real estate development team, partnering closely with acquisitions, finance, and development leaders on underwriting, financial modeling, market research, valuation, due diligence, and project feasibility. You'll help evaluate opportunities, assess investment risk, shape development strategies, and support projects from initial site evaluation through development and beyond.What's in it for you- Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Pay - $70,000 – 85,000 annually.The starting rate is based on experience and qualifications.
