This isn't a cold-calling role. We generate the leads, our intake team qualifies them, and you step in to do what you do best-build rapport, negotiate, and close deals.

Requirements
What You'll Do
  • Meet with motivated homeowners by phone, video, and in person
  • Build trust and uncover seller needs and motivation
  • Evaluate properties and negotiate purchase offers
  • Overcome objections and confidently ask for the contract
  • Guide sellers through the process from appointment to signed agreement
  • Follow up consistently on active opportunities
  • Maintain accurate notes and pipeline activity
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth contract execution
What We're Looking For
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of closing business
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
