We have an immediate need for a Real Estate Associate with 3-6 years of experience in complex real estate transactions to join our team. This person can be based in any of our offices, with a preference for Denver, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Las Vegas or Washington, D.C.
Qualified candidates will have superb drafting skills, a proven track record working in real estate within a law firm, an excellent academic performance, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. Lending, land use and/or general corporate law experience preferred, but not required. Candidates should be comfortable working with sophisticated market participants.
