During peak listing seasons, Real Estate Assistants often juggle multiple tasks such as scheduling showings, managing paperwork, and communicating with clients and vendors. The fast pace can make it challenging to stay organized and meet tight deadlines. To manage these demands, many assistants rely on digital tools for task management, proactive communication, and setting clear priorities with their supervising agents. Building strong organizational habits and maintaining flexibility are key to thriving during these busy periods.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Real Estate Assistant, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Real Estate Assistant, you need strong organizational, administrative, and customer service skills, often supported by a high school diploma or associate degree. Familiarity with real estate CRM software, MLS systems, and office productivity tools like Microsoft Office is typically required. Attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent communication help build trust with clients and support busy agents. These skills are crucial for maintaining smooth operations, ensuring accurate documentation, and enhancing client satisfaction in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Job Location: Savannah, GA

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person

Compensation: $55,000–$75,000 base + performance bonus

Benefits:

  • PTO
  • Paid Holidays
  • Personal Growth Coaching
  • Real Estate Investing Mentorship
Compensation:

$55,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage executive schedules, ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents with precision.
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and databases to ensure easy access and retrieval.

  • Handle travel arrangements and itineraries, optimizing time and resources.
  • Support project management efforts by tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of tasks and goals.

Qualifications:
  • You have been called “overly organized,” and you wear it as a badge of honor
  • You solve problems before they become problems — not because you were told to, but because your brain just works that way
  • You communicate directly and clearly — in person, in writing, and over text at 9 pm
  • You bring options, not problems. When something goes wrong, you show up with “I found three ways to fix it, here’s what I recommend.”
  • You are genuinely coachable. You take feedback, apply it, and grow from it — without drama
  • You can work in beautiful chaos and build structure inside of it at the same time
  • You treat this role as a career, not a job. You are all in.
  • You thrive on high standards, high accountability, and high reward
  • People trust you with important things because you have proven you handle important things well
  • AI tools are in your toolkit, but your brain is still in the driver’s seat
  • You are a lifelong learner. You have a book on your nightstand, a podcast in your earbuds, and a mentor you actually call. Growth is not something you schedule — it is just how you live

About Company

This is not a 9-to-5. It’s a calling.

Chelsea Phillips runs one of the top real estate teams in Savannah. She is a visionary, a rainmaker, and an ideas machine who moves at full speed, all day, every day. She needs someone who doesn’t just keep up — they stay one step ahead.

This role exists because Chelsea’s brain never stops. She needs a right hand. Not a task manager. Not someone waiting to be told what to do. A real partner who can catch the idea before it lands on the floor, figure out how to make it happen, and bring back three options before Chelsea even has to ask.

If you have ever looked at chaos and felt calm, if you instinctively think in terms of systems, if you find satisfaction in making a brilliant person more effective — this is the role you have been looking for.
