Real Estate Analyst

Analyst / Associate - Real Estate Development & Acquisitions (Irvine, CA)

I'm partnering with a growing, well-capitalized real estate investment and development firm in Orange County that is looking to add an Analyst or Associate to their team.

This is a high-visibility role working directly with senior leadership across both acquisitions and development initiatives, with exposure spanning the full lifecycle from deal evaluation through stabilization.

What You'll Work On:

  • Underwriting and financial modeling for new investment opportunities
  • Supporting ground-up development and value-add strategies
  • Market research, due diligence, and investment memo preparation
  • Portfolio and asset-level performance analysis
  • Cross-functional collaboration with development, asset management, and capital partners

Ideal Background:

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate (acquisitions, development, investment sales, or related)
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skill set
  • Exposure to multifamily asset class highly desirable 
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and interested in growing within a development-focused platform
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related
