Responsibilities
  • Complete our New Agent Launch program. (90 Days)
  • Assist sellers & buyers in securing agreements, negotiation, and finding homes.
  • Host minimum of two open houses monthly.
  • Make phone calls to convert leads into appointments.
  • Attend weekly coaching, training, and presentation practice.
