Job description

Licensed Real Estate Agent - Traditional Team
NexaEdge Realty Partners is growing and looking for licensed agents who want more support, better systems, and more opportunities to produce.
Our Traditional Team gives agents the ability to work buyers and sellers while building their own sphere and database - with the backing of a team.

What We Provide:
  • Buyer and seller lead opportunities.
  • CRM and follow-up systems.
  • Transaction coordination.
  • Training and coaching.
  • Open-house and listing opportunities.
  • Marketing and technology support.
  • Accountability and sales development.

This is a commission-based independent contractor position with a 50/50 team split.

We're looking for agents who are coachable, competitive, willing to make calls, follow up, attend training, and do the work required to build a real estate business.

New agents are welcome. Experienced agents who feel stuck and want to increase production are encouraged to apply.

If you want leads handed to you without follow-up or accountability, this probably isn't the right fit.

If you're ready to grow, apply today.
