โ€Š Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst
Santa Rosa, CA (On-Site)
A growing and well-capitalized real estate investment firm in Santa Rosa is seeking an Acquisitions Analyst to support deal evaluation, underwriting, and investment execution across a diversified property portfolio.
This is an opportunity to get hands-on exposure to live deals, real decision-making, and the full investment lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Analyze new acquisition opportunities and build financial models / pro formas
  • Evaluate rent comps, market data, and investment assumptions
  • Assist with due diligence, including financial and property-level review
  • Support preparation of investment memos and presentations
  • Track active deals and support transaction execution
  • Work closely with accounting and asset management to monitor performance
What We're Looking For
  • 2-4+ years of experience in real estate, finance, or investment analysis
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
