Overview
At the Portland Title Group, a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, we specialize in providing Real Estate title insurance products across the Pacific NW primarily in the State of Oregon. We pride ourselves on a warm culture that is built around product accuracy, employee integrity, and exceptional internal and external client services.
Duties
Responsibilities
• Examine public records and legal documents to determine property ownership and legal restrictions.
• Identify and assist to resolve title defects or discrepancies.
• Prepare various title reports.
• Communicate primarily with internal organizational customers, but could also include correspondence to clients, lenders, and attorneys.
