Job description

New Albany Country Club, a prestigious private Club in beautiful, scenic New Albany, Ohio, is now accepting applications/resumes for Banquet Setup Staff.  The club is conveniently located just 5 minutes from 270 and 161 and 10 minutes from Easton.

As a Banquet Setup team member at New Albany Country Club, you will play a key role in ensuring our event spaces are beautifully arranged and ready for memorable occasions. Your attention to detail and teamwork will help create an exceptional experience for our guests, supporting everything from weddings and corporate events to private parties.

Pay Range:  $17.00 - $18.00 per hour.  We are currently hiring part-time staff with the future possibility of full-time employment for the right candidate

Responsibilities
  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of audio/visual equipment and other event necessities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
  • Collaborate with banquet service and kitchen staff to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation standards to provide a secure environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality presentation.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as events require.
  • Previous experience in banquet setup or hospitality is a plus but not required.
