Job description

Position Summary:

Each prep cookโ€™s primary objective is to show our guests such an exceptional dining experience they will want to return again and again.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Organize and prioritize preparation of food items
  • Prepare food according to standardized recipes
  • Ensure proper size and weight of food
  • Has strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, best practices, and procedures in a restaurant
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe working environment

Attributes:

  • Must possess passion and knowledge for food and beverage offerings
  • Promote and participate in a STRONG TEAM EFFORT
  • Communicate effectively and positively with guests and fellow employees

Education/Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid California Food Handler Certification
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant
