MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
$23-30/hr + 1.5 Overtime
Top-performing metal stamping manufacturer is motivated to hire a Maintenance Technician for their team of hands-on, smart, hardworking people. This is a great, diverse and challenging work environment, convenient location, and the opportunity for professional growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Performing and tracking preventative maintenance on machinery and the facility.
  • Heavy equipment handling and repair.
  • Must be able to perform other types of maintenance work such as: Welding, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Fabricating, Electrical/Electronics, Blueprint/Schematics reading.
  • Assist machine repair personnel with troubleshooting, dis-assembly / re-assembly, and repairing equipment
  • Assist with maintaining inventory of stock parts and other supplies
  • Position will include electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance.

Experience:
  • Press repair: 5 years (Required)
  • Mechanical: 5 years (Required)
  • Electrical: 5 years (Required)

Basic Requirements:
  • Machine repair / electrical and mechanical trouble shooting, and mechanical experience.
  • Must have knowledge and be capable of using hand tools.
  • MUST have own tools.
  • Must be able to fix machinery.
  • Must be able to get at root cause and troubleshooting
  • Must be able to problem solve and time management skills
  • Be able to pass a background check, and drug screen/physical.
