Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements
• Drive solution architecture and technical design decisions for complex systems
• Lead Agile Scrum teams and ensure adherence to Sprint deliverables
• Perform code reviews, design reviews, and enforce coding standards
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for seamless delivery
• Manage production issues, enhancements, and continuous improvements
• Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation pipelines
• Stay updated on emerging technologies including AI/ML and cloud-native architectures
Technical Skills (Must Have)
• Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices architecture)
• Hands-on experience with React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Boards, Repos)
• Expertise in GitHub Enterprise / version control / branching strategies
• Experience in building cloud-native and containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns
