Job description

Position
We're looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer (React Native) to join a fintech project. You'll work on a mobile app, building payment and banking features in a product-focused, cross-functional team. This role is ideal for engineers with strong fintech experience who enjoy shipping secure, high-impact mobile solutions.
Responsibilities and duties
  • Develop and maintain React Native iOS and Android mobile applications for fintech products.
  • Integrate with payment providers and banking APIs (Stripe, Adyen, open banking, PSD2).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and QA, to deliver high-quality features.
  • Implement secure, reliable, and scalable solutions, including risk/fraud prevention mechanisms.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and support QA automation efforts for mobile and API testing.

Qualifications and skills
  • Experience in fintech software development, with at least 3+ years in React Native (iOS/Android).
  • Solid background in fintech/banking products (payments, wallets, lending, BNPL, card, or banking operations).
  • Hands-on experience integrating payment providers (ideally Stripe, Adyen, PayPlug, or similar).
  • Experience working with banking/financial APIs (open banking, PSD2, or custom bank APIs).
  • Good understanding of security, risk, and fraud detection concepts in financial products.
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript, REST/JSON, and CI/CD.
  • Experience working in cross-functional product teams (Agile/Scrum) closely with Product, Design, and QA.

Nice to have:
  • Experience setting up or contributing to QA automation (mobile UI/E2E tests, API tests).
  • Experience with risk/fraud systems, scoring engines, or rule engines.
  • Experience with high-availability and high-load systems.

What we offer
  • A decent salary level which allows you to think about our mutual success and not about tomorrow.
  • Flexible working hours. You create your own schedule.
  • Possibility to work remotely. You prefer home office or traveling around? Easy, that's exactly how we operate.
