Job Summary:
The Dignify Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior React JS Lead with Micro-Frontends expertise. The role involves designing and maintaining modular frontends, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Architect MFEs: Design and maintain a modular frontend using runtime integration and decoupled deployment strategy.
• Lead & Mentor: Establish engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor mid-to-senior engineers.
• Collaborate: Bridge communication between Product, UX, and Backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Advanced experience with Webpack 5 Module Federation, single-spa, or custom shell orchestrators.
• Proficiency managing large-scale workspaces using Nx or Turborepo.
• Mastery of React 18+, TypeScript, and modern state management (Zustand, Redux Toolkit).
• Hands-on experience building independent deployment pipelines for individual micro-apps.
