Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer - Interactive
Location: Hybrid - Glendale, CA
Duration: 6 Months +
Position Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to design and develop next-generation interactive facility maps and digital rental experiences for our customers. This role will focus on transforming static property and unit maps into dynamic, customer-friendly digital experiences that provide real-time unit availability, pricing, promotions, and online rental capabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong front-end, back-end, and data integration expertise, with experience building interactive web applications that combine visual mapping technologies, real-time inventory systems, and e-commerce functionality.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop interactive storage facility maps that allow customers to view available units, pricing, dimensions, and property features.
  • Convert static PDF and facility layout diagrams into responsive, interactive digital experiences.
  • Build customer-facing web applications that enable online reservations, rentals, and account management.
  • Integrate real-time inventory, pricing, and promotional data from enterprise systems and APIs.
  • Develop scalable front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Create interactive SVG- and canvas-based visualizations representing storage units and facility layouts.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive and engaging customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services supporting availability, pricing, reservations, and rental transactions.
  • Integrate applications with CRM, inventory management, payment processing, and customer service platforms.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technology planning initiatives.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience developing customer-facing web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience developing interactive SVG, Canvas, or mapping-based applications.
  • Strong backend development experience using .NET/C#, Node.js, Java, or Python.
  • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
  • Strong SQL and database development skills (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.).
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization best practices.
