RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking Full Stack .NET React Developers in Birmingham, AL.
Overview:
We are seeking talented Software Engineers to join a high-performing team responsible for building and enhancing digital customer onboarding experiences. This team develops and supports critical customer-facing applications that enable users to open accounts, apply for products, and engage with digital banking services through modern, scalable platforms.
The team is open to a variety of technical backgrounds, including full stack engineers, frontend specialists, and backend-focused developers. While candidates with experience across the full stack are highly valued, strong expertise in either React-based frontend development or .NET backend engineering is equally welcome.
This is an opportunity to contribute to modern cloud-native applications while helping drive the evolution of the platform from its current containerized environment toward a future cloud-based architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications and services
  • Build responsive and scalable user interfaces using React
  • Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices using .NET and C#
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Participate in application design, code reviews, and technical discussions
  • Build and support cloud-native applications utilizing containerized architectures
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and service integrations
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions
  • Contribute to performance, scalability, and reliability improvements across digital platforms

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

Strong experience with one or more of the following:
  • React and modern frontend development
  • .NET/C# backend development
  • Full stack development across both technologies

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience developing full stack applications using React and .NET

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
