Clinical Registered Dietitian (RDN)

Clinical Registered Dietitian (RDN) – Part-Time | Contract with Extension Potential

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Clinical Registered Dietitian (RDN) for a part-time, on-site contract supporting a skilled nursing facility. This role begins as a short-term commitment with a strong possibility of extension based on facility needs and performance. It offers 32 hours per week, competitive pay, and the flexibility to choose the days that best fit your schedule.

Compensation: $30–$39 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 32 hours per week | Flexible day selection

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete nutrition assessments for new admissions and quarterly reviews
  • Develop and monitor individualized nutrition care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
  • Provide nutrition education and counseling as needed
  • Ensure compliance with CMS, DOH, and state/federal regulations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and monitor resident weights
  • Conduct kitchen sanitation audits and review menus for USDA compliance
