California State Prison, Corcoran (CDCR)

The Registered Dietitian (RD) at California State Prison, Corcoran is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing nutrition services that support the health and medical needs of the adult incarcerated population. The RD ensures compliance with California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) policies, Title 15 regulations, and evidence-based nutrition standards while promoting overall wellness in a correctional healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess nutritional needs of patients, including those with chronic medical conditions and special diet requirements
