Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture focused on associate growth, mentorship, and career advancement.* Connect assessment insights across broader risk programs, facilitating cross-functional alignment and a holistic, integrated understanding of enterprise risk exposure.* Drive the end-to-end strategy and transformation of assessment programs as a business owner, partnering cross-functionally to pioneer AI/ML capabilities that turn risk data into continuous, actionable insights.* Champion continuous innovation by questioning legacy methodologies, breaking down operational bottlenecks, and taking bold ownership to architect practical, high-impact, data-driven solutions.* Serve as a trusted advisor and interdepartmental liaison across lines of business and risk communities, providing consult, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing to ensure consistent implementation of risk management practices.* Analyze complex risk data and information to proactively identify emerging risks, trends, and process improvement opportunities.* Collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups and second-line partner organizations, such as Operational Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Internal Audit.* Support interactions with Internal Audit and regulatory bodies regarding risk assessment coverage, methodologies, and outcomes.
