Job Overview:

Search Solution Group is seeking a Contract Client Service Representative on behalf of our client, a national revenue cycle management (RCM) company. This role is responsible for supporting client and consumer needs through account coordination, correspondence review, issue resolution, and administrative support. The Contract Client Service Representative will play a key role in ensuring accurate account management, timely responses to inquiries, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, validate, and deliver consumer-specific requests while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Respond to and resolve client inquiries, account questions, and discrepancies.
  • Review client correspondence and reporting deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze accounts to identify and resolve balance discrepancies.
  • Post payments and adjustments accurately within applicable systems.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and assist with insurance-related account reviews as needed.
  • Pull and review itemized billings and account documentation.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to support reporting, documentation, and daily administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of client and consumer requests.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements include:

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, healthcare administration, revenue cycle management, or related fields preferred.
  • Administrative background preferred but not required.

Skills:

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy when handling account information.
