Hampton School District (SAU 90) has an opening for a Registered Behavior Technician at Hampton Academy, grades 6-8, for the 2026-2027 school year.
Under the direct supervision of the BCBA and in coordination with the Director of Student Services, The RBT provides high-quality behavioral therapy to individuals identified as requiring the services for anRBT. To be successful, one must possess both written and verbal communication skills, strong collaboration skills, and interpersonal interaction skills. The RBT must implement care plans for children as identified. The RBT must assist with the delivery of behavior analysis services and practices under the guidance and supervision of the BCBA. The RBT will care for and work with children with various behavioral challenges and collaborate with the care team. He/She will assist in implementing care plans and work with RBT techniques taught by the BCBA to make improvements with/for the student. The RBT will collect data on programs, assist with staff training, and assist with assessments as needed. The RBT will facilitate behavior change by modifying maladaptive behaviors and replacing them with appropriate behaviors.
