Job description

Behavioral & Educational Solutions, P.C. (BES) is seeking an experienced Senior RBT to provide direct ABA services while supporting daily clinic operations. This role is ideal for an RBT who is organized, dependable, and comfortable helping a clinic run smoothly without formal supervisory duties.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision

  • Maintain 20+ billable hours per week

  • Complete accurate clinical documentation

  • Support clinic operations, scheduling, room readiness, and supplies

  • Supervise client safety, shared spaces, and naptime routines

  • Assist with onboarding, check‑in/out, and peer support as needed

What We’re Looking For
  • Active RBT certification in good standing

  • 1+ year clinic‑based ABA experience

  • Strong organization, communication, and professionalism

  • Dependable and supportive leadership

  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced clinic environment

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain active throughout the day

Schedule & Environment
  • Full‑time, clinic‑based role 11AM-7:30PM
