Job description

Do you love teaching children new skills? Are you tired of spending time alone in the car and providing home-based services away from your co-workers? Are you ready to build your skills and work toward a career in behavioral services? Follow your passion for helping children and families while working for a company that appreciates you! Behavior technicians deliver 1:1 behavioral intervention to children, following a treatment plan developed by a Licensed Behavior Analyst. In Nevada, behavior technicians must hold a registration (RBT) with both the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (bacb.com) and the NV State Board of Applied Behavior Analysis (nvababoard.org). We provide high-quality training and supervision, includingpaidfieldwork experience and an internal career path (including toward non-clinical positions) for qualified individuals pursuing fieldwork experience toward a BCaBA or BCBA. Clinic-based work allows for frequent interactions with your team and supervisors in a highly supportive environment. We provide generous paid admin time and we guarantee your schedule - you will have the opportunity to work even if a learner's session is canceled.
