Job Summary for the RBT

The ideal candidate will work with individuals who have developmental disabilities and assist in implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities of the RBT

  • Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts

  • Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals

  • Collect data on targeted behaviors
