What is the Opportunity?

Join our dynamic recruiting team and help shape RBC's future by building relationships with top university talent. As an Early Talent Recruitment Coordinator, you will support our early talent recruiting initiatives by managing logistics, coordinating events, and facilitating candidate engagement across multiple campuses and programs. Working with precision and strong organizational skills, you will manage campus event planning, coordinate interviews and information sessions, prepare recruitment materials, maintain candidate data, and support our onboarding process. You will interact with university partners, campus organizations, managers, and student candidates. This is a key role in ensuring RBC attracts and engages the brightest emerging talent. What will you do?

  • Assisting the recruitment team in the maintenance of all candidate files and records.

  • Providing support for the recruitment team. Scheduling conference rooms and completing department copying, filing, and supply ordering; answering telephones.

  • Creating and distributing employment-related correspondence, including applications, forms, and orientation materials; initiating background investigations.

  • Ensuring the quality, integrity and timeliness of the recruitment records and reports.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $45,000 - $70,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
