This position will serve as a Program Security Manager (PSM) and will report directly to the Senior Program Security Manager (PSM) for the Advanced Technology (AT) Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This role will be responsible for ensuring classified and company sensitive information is handled and safeguarded in accordance with government and company policies and procedures. This position will conduct self-audits of classified containers, closed areas, restricted areas, information systems, and general employee work areas. This position can sit in either Tewksbury, MA,  Woburn, MA  or Andover, MA.
 
What You Will Do

  • Consult and provide solutions to employees concerning the handling, storing, and maintaining of records, and for granting personnel and visitor access to restricted records, buildings, and materials.
  • Direct security measures necessary for implementing applicable requirements of the NISPOM and related government directives and represent Raytheon security at all applicable program meetings and functions.
  • Assist in the investigation of security violations and prepare reports specifying corrective action to be taken, and detailing procedures to deter future occurrences.
  • Interact with senior Raytheon directors and program managers and US Government customers-- including DCSA
  • Conduct security education/awareness briefings.
  • Participate in other duties as assigned by Global Security Services (GSS) management.
     

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • 5 years of experience in either– (Industrial Security, Special Programs, security management, military or government information security programs)
  • Experience with any of the following: NISPOM/32 CFR, DAAPM, DD254 implications or DoD 5200.01 series  
  • Experience in writing and developing operational plans and/or directives (SOPs).

 
Qualifications We Prefer

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Security Management, Criminal Justice, or other related field
  • Active Top Secret Clearance
  • Knowledge of Raytheon security policies
  • ISP®, SFPC, or other security-related certification
  • Experience with OPSEC, cybersecurity, and encryption requirements, and conducting security operations in field environments.  
  • Ability to analyze and brief key points from SoWs, Program SCGs, OPSEC Plans, threat and vulnerability assessments to senior leaders.
  • Facility Security Officer (FSO), Contractor Program Security Officer, or AFSO or ACPSO experience
  • Demonstrated experience in different security related disciplines such as COMSEC, Cybersecurity, Physical Security, Personnel Security, Classified and Sensitive Material Management, etc.
  • Documented completion of training courses offered by DCSA CDSE in the Security arena
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully with Access Commander, Perspective, or Global Security Services enterprise tools
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate problems, communicate and collaborate solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and arrange activities in accomplishing objectives
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and/or projects
  • Demonstrated ability to handle challenging personalities and/or situations in high pressure environments
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, comfortable with any audience
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully with government and business leaders
  • Experience working extended hours, in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
