What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the Sales Floor Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Help drive sales goals by sharing product knowledge, recommending styles, and engaging customers with confidence.
  • Keep the store looking its best — clean, organized, and beautifully merchandised.
  • Ensure every customer is welcomed, assisted, and leaves feeling inspired.


What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 2 years of retail experience (leadership experience is a plus!).
  • Strong people skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A flexible schedule — including evenings and weekends as needed.
