YOUR ROLE
As the Director of Enrollment Management, you will be a key partner to school leadership, taking the lead in shaping and driving the strategies that attract, enroll, and retain EBI students and families. You'll work closely with senior administrators and the Director of Advancement to create and implement strategic plans that showcase the benefits of an EBI education. You'll play a central role in ensuring the school meets both its short- and long-term enrollment goals, while fostering a mission-aligned and vibrant student community.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Lead Enrollment Strategy - Develop and implement both short- and long-term strategies to attract and retain students and families from local, national, and international regions, and report regularly to senior leadership and the Board.
  • Manage Admissions Process - Create and manage annual admissions and enrollment plans, including interviewing applicants, hosting events, and serving as the school's ambassador. Work with Principals and the Head of School to ensure meaningful connections between prospective students, parents, and school leadership.
  • Drive Communications - Collaborate with Marketing and Advancement to deliver consistent, targeted messaging across all platforms.
  • Build Partnerships - Cultivate strong relationships with feeder schools, community organizations, and global networks.
  • Anticipate Industry Trends - Represent EBI at professional conferences, stay informed on best practices, and bring innovative ideas to the school.

Requirements
  • Bilingual fluency (Spanish & English, written and spoken)
  • A bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)
  • 7+ years of admissions, enrollment management, or independent school leadership experience
  • Strong relationship-building, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with admissions systems (Ravenna, Clarity, or similar)
  • Comfort with data-driven decision making and presenting enrollment insights
  • Nice to have: International school experience, IB familiarity, and marketing/communications background.
