Field Coordinator - On-Site
Location: Verify Irving Texas
Duration: 3 Months (with potential for extension)
Frequency: 40 hours/week
Pay rate: $18-23/hr
Who We're Looking For:
Verify Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the timely dispatching of Field Resources throughout the United States on behalf of our clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Dispatch Field Resources as required
  • Interface with IPT Teams and other internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely and appropriate dispatching of Field Resources in accordance with customer expectations and requirements.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of dispatching tools and management systems
  • Performing other duties or special projects as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • College preferred - Business, Management, Communications
  • Preferred Background - Experience with inspection coordination
  • Min 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Proven ability to effectively multi-task
  • Must have a sense of urgency to deliver results
  • Must be a strong leader
  • Must be an effective trainer
  • Proficient/Expert in MS Office software (including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Power Point, MS Access) and other relevant platforms.
