Warehouse Representative

Our ability to deliver same-day and next-day installations depends on one critical function — a disciplined, high-performing warehouse team. We are growing and hiring a Warehouse Representative for our Raleigh, TN Branch—someone who takes pride in accuracy, works with urgency, and delivers consistent results. This role plays a direct part in ensuring our customers receive the quality and speed we promise.

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (some Saturdays based on business needs) 18$/ hr

Receive, organize, and maintain flooring materials within the warehouse

Load and unload materials accurately and efficiently

Prepare and stage orders for installation crews and deliveries

Maintain inventory organization and assist with cycle counts

Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently

Support team members to meet daily deadlines and service commitments

Take ownership of their work and maintain high accuracy standards

Work with urgency in a fast-paced, physically active environment

Be dependable, consistent, and accountable

Pay attention to detail and minimize errors

Communicate clearly and work well as part of a team

Show up consistently and on time

Take pride in doing the job right the first time

Prefer a structured, team-oriented environment

3–6 months of related experience

Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery

Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus)

Basic math skills (fractions, measurements, and calculations)

Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift

Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Ability to work independently and within a team
