What You'll Do

  • Build and expand a defined territory within the multifamily housing market.
  • Prospect and develop new business through networking, referrals, outreach, and industry events.
  • Establish strong relationships with property managers and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct site visits, gather measurements, and develop customized flooring proposals.
  • Present solutions, close new business, and grow recurring revenue.
  • Maintain CRM tracking, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term client satisfaction.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of commission-based sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the Huntsville area.
  • Preferred: Experience in outside B2B sales, multifamily/property management, or building materials.
