Our dedicated team members have done amazing work building and growing the brands of our partners to create remarkable retail experiences.
Job Description:
Rank + Rally is seeking to hire a Part-Time Retail Supervisor. The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for leading by example in a positive manner, effectively training and leading store employees in customer service, product knowledge and retail store operations, and is expected to assist the Austin FC Retail Managers with event staff supervision during ALL events. This position requires working well with co-workers, the ability to excel in a diverse, high volume and fast-paced environment, and the skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while successfully delegating tasks to part-time associates.
Essential Duties:
• Assist Store Managers with all store duties such as opening/closing all retail locations.
• Operate and troubleshoot issues with the point-of-sale system.
• Ensure that health and safety measures comply with company and federal standards.
• Maintain, display and promote merchandise to help generate sales.
• Effectively supervise store staff by delegating duties, monitoring productivity, and ensuring all tasks are completed.
• Maintain inventory, accurately receive/merchandise product, ensure items are in stock, and ensure that online orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Abide by all Rank+Rally Policies & Procedures and ensure that staff are held to the same standard.
• Assist Austin FC Retail Managers with event staff supervision during ALL events (on-site or off-site).
Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education):
1. A minimum level of education: High School Diploma (or its equivalency).
2. Years of related work experience: 1-2 years in retail (or customer service).
3. Must be 18 years or older.
4. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
5. Available to work ALL events and must have some weekday availability.
6. Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
7. Skilled in all job functions within a retail operation.
8. Have strong troubleshooting, communication, and supervisory capabilities.
9. Ability to train new employees and drive customer service.
10. Ability to read and understand reports, policies and procedures.
11. Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills, and excellent observation and analytical abilities.
12. Able to lift (or otherwise move) items up to 50 pounds.
13. Stand or remain in a stationary position for at least 4-8 hours.
14. Ability to respectfully and successfully communicate with the client and their partners.
