Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $22.05 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, office areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report suspicious activity, unsecured access points, and/or policy concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, assisting with visitor processing, and reporting unauthorized entry attempts in accordance with site protocols.
• Support day-to-day operations by completing incident reports, maintaining visible presence throughout assigned areas, and assisting with directions, information, and other customer service needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet, which is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
