As a Master Technician at Shottenkirk Automotive Group, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues. With your expertise, you will demonstrate exceptional technical skills and knowledge to provide top-quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues across a range of vehicle systems 
  • Utilizing advanced diagnostics tools and OEM technology to ensure accurate assessments and repairs
  • Following company guidelines and procedures for efficient and effective service
  • Partner with Service Advisors to communicate recommended repairs and timelines clearly to customers
  • Maintaining a clean,safe and organized work environment and maintain all company guidelines
  • Collaborating with team members to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Master Technician or advanced role as automotive tech
  • Strong technical knowledge of modern vehicle systems, diagnostic protocols and repair techniques 
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in a high preforming team environment
  • Valid driver's license
  • ASE certifications strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain)
