RTPD Administrator Front Office Support
Quantico, VA
The RTPD Administrator for Front Office Support reports directly to the Project Manager. This position will provide RTAM with administrative assistance services, to include supporting group efforts and discussions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Draft and edit written correspondence, publications, and other documents; distribute correspondence and Naval messages to appropriate branch sections and conduct thorough reviews of the Branch monthly progress report for content accuracy.
  • Support incoming calls and emails as necessary and provide information for referral to the appropriate RTAM section. Provide correspondence support for Range Safety and Design, Range Training Systems, and Range Control Systems and Support.
  • Support coordination and participate in documenting various planning meetings, conferences, and off-site meetings. Support, coordinate, and track actions and responses using the Tasker Management Tool.
  • Analyze RTAM Range Support operations for the efficiencies in the administrative functions of USMC military ranges IAW MCO 3550.10.6.6.4
  • Provide RTAM Administrative Assistance services to include supporting group efforts and discussions.
  • Draft, edit, and support the preparation of reports, presentations, charts, spreadsheets, and travel and provide Defense Travel System (DTS) support for the Branch.
  • Support RTAM operations using Microsoft (MS) Office products and Adobe products suites for document word processing, spreadsheet and presentation development and data entry services.

EDUCATION
  • Candidate shall possess a minimum of a High School Diploma, bachelor's degree is preferred.

EXPERIENCE
  • Candidates should have at least three (3) years of experience in a discipline related to general administration, human resources, business or an equivalent combination thereof.
  • Experience with writing naval correspondence is required for this position.
