Our team thrives on building lasting relationships, delivering exceptional service, and helping clients scale with precision. We're expanding our footprint into the Denver market and looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager to lead the charge remotely.
Position Summary:
As our Staffing Account Manager for the Denver market, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients and consultants. You'll manage existing accounts, build new business relationships, and work closely with our recruiting team to ensure the successful delivery of IT professionals across a range of roles.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop and grow relationships with key clients in the Denver area, both virtually and in-person when needed
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients, understanding their technical needs and delivering timely staffing solutions
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters to match qualified candidates to client requirements
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, pricing negotiations, onboarding, and post-placement support
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and regularly report on pipeline, performance, and forecasting
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities
  • Ensure excellent customer experience through proactive communication and follow-up
What We're Looking For:
  • 2-5+ years of experience in IT staffing, account management, or technical recruiting
