Compensation: $370,000 - $380,000 / year
Description
Join our practice at Rust Medical Center & Rust ASC, where CRNAs and MDs practice independently in a collaborative anesthesiology team. You'll join a collegial team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists who prioritize interprofessional collaboration to ensure we provide our patients the best possible anesthetic care.
CRNAs will practice to the full scope of their license and independently perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc. An MD or CRNA facilitator is available to help run the board, for consultation, and for a second set of hands in an emergency. Willing to mentor for blocks and lines. First call 1:11 (Post-Call Day Off). Late Shift 1:11 (Rarely work past 1900).
This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA who wants to escape the ACT and begin independent practice or a motivated new graduate hoping to practice to the full scope of their license.

  • Weekend call: approximately every 6th weekend.

COMPENSATION DETAIL
$370-$380K (production-based)
1099 Practice
