Since 2009, Rock & Roll Denim has blended authentic cowboy heritage with bold, contemporary style, and it has the attitude on the floor to match.

As a Rock & Roll Denim brand representative, you'll bring the brand to life inside farm, ranch, and western retailers across your territory. Each visit centers on making the denim look its best - well-stocked, correctly displayed, and impossible for a shopper to walk past - and on building genuine excitement with store associates so they can confidently share the brand with their customers.

This is a great supplemental opportunity for retail merchandising pros, western wear enthusiasts, and denim lovers looking for meaningful, low-commitment work - not a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain Rock & Roll Denim's visual merchandising and fixture standards across denim displays, signage, and branded fixtures
  • Manage backstock so sizes and key styles are on the floor, correctly sized, and fully stocked
  • Ensure denim is styled and presented to reflect the Rock & Roll aesthetic and stands out to shoppers
  • Engage and educate store associates on the Westmoor story, denim fits and washes, and key styles across the line
  • Build strong relationships with store staff and management, positioning yourself as the go-to Rock & Roll Denim expert in your territory
  • Identify merchandising opportunities and share competitive intel from the field
  • Complete store visit reports through ThirdChannel's mobile app, submitting clear intel, high-quality photos, and well-written summaries

Qualifications

  • Genuine appreciation for western wear and denim - fits, washes, and the details that set a brand apart
  • Comfortable representing Rock & Roll Denim in farm, ranch, and western retail environments
  • Experience in retail, merchandising, styling, or brand ambassador roles preferred
  • Detail oriented, with an eye for a clean, well-sized, on-brand denim presentation
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to engage and inspire store teams
  • Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and everyday technology
  • Smartphone required (iOS 17+ or Android 13+)
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your assigned territory

Job Details

  • Independent contractor position (1099)
  • One 1-hour visit per location, monthly
  • Servicing Atwoods, C-A-L Ranch, Coastal Farm & Ranch, and Rural King locations
  • Pay starting at $24/hour, based on market and experience
  • Travel incentive provided
