About the Job:
99 Ranch Market – Chandler, AZ Store is now hiring Grocery Clerks!

99 Ranch Market is the largest Asian supermarket chain in the United States, with over 64 store locations across 10 states and more to come! Responsibilities:
  • Display - Set up and take down displays for promotional products. Ensure shelf tags are labeled correctly. 
  • Keep refrigerators neat and well-stocked, with promotional items visible to grab the attention of customers.
  • Sales Floor Maintenance - Keep aisles and common walking areas clean/cleared of boxes and debris to prevent injury.
  • Replenish - Be aware of expiration dates, place older items in the front so they are taken first.
  • Dumping - Handle expired and recalled products properly. 
  • Keep accurate logs in accordance with the policies of the company, state food safety, and health regulations. Stock - Unload and break down deliveries, and arrange stockroom properly; stock shelves with products.
  • Refill products to meet customer needs and rotate products using First-In First-Out (FIFO) method.
  • Customer Service - Help customers locate products they are looking for.
  • PI Count - Work with other team members to conduct the inventory count.
  • Cleaning - Follow the company policy to clean the product shelf, cooler and freezer.
  • Perform other duties as for business needs.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Previous stocking experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of general grocery product lines or similar experience.
  • Available to work on weekends and holidays or rotating schedules.
  • Having or willing to obtain a Food Handling Card.

Skills Requirement:
  • Ability to communicate effectively to customers and team members.
  • Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and other company policies.
  • Proper training and knowledge of equipment operation required.

Physical Demands:
  • Standing in place for a long period of time, bending to pick up items, and kneeling regularly.
  • Lifting items weighing 30 lbs or more with appropriate equipment.
  • Able to work occasionally with environment temperatures ranging from 32º to 50 ºF.

Employment Type: Part time, 7 days a week, 30+ hours per week .
Salary: $16.00/hour
