Job description

Internal management leader with primary focus as an organizational leader to train, develop and mentor new branch management. This leader will focus on driving and exceeding organizational metrics. Expected outcomes at each Branch: Exceed Company safety, sales, operational and financial objectives. Incumbent will focus on team building (staff recruiting and development); implementation of Company standard operating procedures; and consistent communication of Company goals and objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Builds, develops, and manages leadership teams capable of executing sales and operation strategies and while improving employee and customer relations.
  • Maintains a safe, accident and environmentally free workplace at assigned Branch.
  • Ensures Branch compliance with Company policies and procedures and all federal and state regulations.
  • Trains and implements Company standard operating procedures.
  • Analyze and create project scope and milestones for several company initiatives.
  • Evaluates respective staff strengths, weaknesses and executes improvement opportunities through coaching and mentoring.

  • Facilitates an environment of team process improvement through continuous engagement and feedback from branch employees.
  • Acts as a liaison to Management to identify process improvements needed to increase employee morale and productivity.
  • Other duties as assigned in support of the operation.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws at the assigned location. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Travel:

Frequent overnight travel (25-50%) by land and/or air.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from an accredited university in Project Management, Business Administration or a closely related field is required. Minimum of five (5) years of related Branch or Operational Management experience and/or training required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. 

  • Proven record demonstrating the ability to hire and develop professionals and managers.
  • Good understanding of RFR Financial and Operational statements and metrics
  • Competent with Branch systems and software
