Rails developers are software engineers who specialize in building web applications using the Ruby on Rails framework. Ruby on Rails, often just called Rails, is an open-source web development framework written in the Ruby programming language. Rails developers design, develop, test, and maintain web applications, ensuring they are efficient, secure, and scalable. They often work with databases, front-end technologies, and APIs to create dynamic and interactive websites.
