Als Head of Rail Services sorgst du dafür, dass unsere internationalen Zugverkehre zuverlässig, sicher und in hoher Qualität laufen und entwickelst Strukturen und Services weiter, die skalieren. Deine Aufgaben
  • Gesamtverantwortung für dasoperative Management der CargoBeamer-Züge inkl. Sicherstellung vonQualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Führung der TeamsRail Service Design undRail Care inklusive Ressourcenplanung, Weiterentwicklung und Kompetenzaufbau
  • KontinuierlicheOptimierung bestehender Produkte und Routen – u. a. über Performance-Steuerung von Partnern und Lieferanten sowie Weiterentwicklung des Fahrplanangebots
  • Mitarbeit anneuen Routen- und Produktprojekten: Experteninput, Bewertung von Realisierungsoptionen und Umsetzung bis zum stabilen Betrieb
  • Aufbau skalierbarer Strukturen:Prozesse, KPIs, Reporting und operative Standards weiterentwickeln und wirksam verankern
  • Enge Abstimmung mitSales, Terminals und externen Dienstleistern, um reibungslose Schnittstellenprozesse und hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung relevantergesetzlicher, genehmigungsrechtlicher und interner Vorgaben
  • Aktives Vorantreiben einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Innovation im Rail Service
Das bringst Du mit
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik, BWL) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung imSchienengüterverkehr / Schienentransport oder in einer eng verwandten Branche – idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für operative Anforderungen im Rail-Betrieb sowie für Kundenbedürfnisse im (intermodalen) Logistikumfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams sowie im Stakeholder- und Schnittstellenmanagement
  • Analytische, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Umsetzungsstärke und Flexibilität
  • Sehr gute Kommunikation inDeutsch und Englisch
  • Sicherer Umgang mitMS Office (Reporting, Auswertungen, Präsentationen)
