We transfer the warmth needed to make life work. The RoleThe Warehouse Worker is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of products in accordance with purchase orders, shipping requirements, and production schedules. This role supports inventory accuracy through the safe loading, unloading, inspection, labeling, and organization of materials. The Warehouse Associate is also responsible for the safe operation and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment while ensuring compliance with company safety standards and procedures. Key ResponsibilitiesPick, collect, and safely transport products and materials to designated shipping and receiving areas.Ensure all products are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment.Handle inventory and materials with care to prevent damage and ensure product integrity.Collaborate with Receiving, Warehouse, and Production teams to perform accurate daily inventory counts.Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with internal stakeholders to identify and implement solutions.Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and order pickers, in a safe and efficient manner.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Adhere to all health, safety, and operational procedures.Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager. QualificationsHigh School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate required.Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with warehouse systems is an asset.Strong mathematical and numerical skills.Experience operating forklifts and order pickers; certification preferred.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or move up to 50 lbs.(23 kg.)Strong understanding of workplace safety practices. What you BringDemonstrates sound judgment and the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.Maintains a high level of accuracy when handling inventory, documentation, and shipments.Works effectively with team members and internal stakeholders to achieve operational goals.Consistently demonstrates accountability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.Adjust effectively to changing priorities and operational requirements.Contribute positively to team objectives and support a collaborative work environment.Promotes and adheres to safe work practices while operating equipment and handling materials.
