Job Title:

Material Handler III – Andon/iPrep Analyst

Key Job Elements:

First Shift

•Monitor Andon/iPrep system and resolve all request

•Monitor all MML’s in iPrep and work to resolve

•Communicate with Assembly to achieve all production goals

•Verify material has been delivered both physically and systematically

•Work to replace material deemed to have quality defects

•Verify missing material notifications and resolve

•Work with and inform Inbound Analyst of any discrepancies found

•Perform 5s duties daily

•Assists in other areas and duties as assigned by supervision

•Respond to any Issues at lineside stations to help resolve in a timely manner

•Deliver kitted material lineside

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated understanding of inbound receiving;

• Demonstrated level of conceptual, quantitative analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills;

• Demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships;

• Must possess and demonstrate a strong detail orientation and focus on work accuracy, as well as time and task management skills;

• Comfortable working "hands-on" in a fast paced, high-pressure environment;

• LN experience a significant plus;

• iPrep experience a significant plus.

Working Conditions:

Warehouse shop floor environment w/ ~100% shop floor time required.

Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Climate controlled environment with minimal exposure to outdoor elements, concrete flooring;

• Frequent need to physically move material.

• Must be able to team lift up to 35 lbs.; • Must be able to push and pull up to 55 lbs.
